Connecting the missing ring wire to your telephone extension socket
Follow the pictorial guide to connect the missing ring wire in your extension socket wiring. Care should be taken when fixing your extension socket wiring, you are at some risk of electrical shock.

To minimise risk
of shock make sure you disconnect and unplug the front cover of your BT Master
Socket which will isolate your wiring from the telephone line,
