Call Minder has four settings for you to choose from:

BecauseTwinTalk delays the start of ringing at your phone these times will be reduced. For a TwinTalk set to respond to your original telephone number the timing for the short, medium and long settings will be reduced by three seconds. For a TwinTalk set to respond to your new telephone number the timing for the short, medium and long settings will be reduced by six seconds.
We recommend that you use either the medium (normal) or long timing with your BT TwinTalks.
