If you find that your Caller Display add on box does not always display the number of your caller when connected through BT TwinTalk and always displays the number of your caller when connected directly to your telephone line socket then we suggest that you connect it directly to your telephone socket and connect BT TwinTalk to the socket on the Caller Display box.
