BT Call Sign Routing
BT’s Call Sign service lets you have two telephone numbers on your phone line and with TwinTalk you can choose which phone, or fax, will ring when each number is called. Calls to your fax number connect to your fax, calls to your voice number ring your telephone.
You can only have one ongoing call at any time, but if your line is busy when someone is trying to send you a fax, their fax will simply automatically retry a little later.

Ensures that only your fax will answer calls to your fax number, and only your phone can answer calls to your voice number.

TwinTalk provides a line and number for your fax and costs just £29.99 to buy. BT Call Sign costs no more than £3.15 a month for home customers, or £3 for business customers.
You can save over £187 every year compared with your dedicated BT business line for your fax (or £137 if your fax is at home). TwinTalk connects your fax on a real geographic phone number, just like your current fax number, so unlike an email fax number (usually an 0870 number) your customers can fax you at their normal low network rates (or for free within their inclusive call packages) instead of paying up to ten times the standard network rates using an 0870 number.
